RI Schools: The Basic Facts Learning and Achievement Using Information Safe and Supportive Environments Equity and Adequacy of Resources Curriculum and Instruction

Student assessment results show that all subgroups of students, including those classified as special needs and ELL [English-language learners], are making improvements over the past year in terms of the percentage of students attaining proficiency in literacy, mathematics, and science. Teachers, through the annual SALT Survey, report on various aspects of their teaching practices. You will find information about teaching practices in this section, along with reports on the learning and achievement of students with disabilities. You will also find information on the participation, among the high-school seniors in the state’s public schools, on the College Board Advanced Placement (AP) examinations.
