RI Schools: The Basic Facts Learning and Achievement Using Information Safe and Supportive Environments Equity and Adequacy of Resources Curriculum and Instruction
|
This section of Information Works! contains tables that show, based on the annual SALT Survey, what students have to say about the climate of their schools: whether they get along with their teachers, whether they have been robbed, whether someone has tried to sell them drugs, whether they feel free to speak with teachers about personal or family problems and about academic issues. You will also find data on student suspensions – the frequency of incidents, and the types of infractions that led to suspensions. All of this information is useful as schools strive to create safe facilities and stimulating learning environments.
