Printing the Reports from PDF Files:

The Portable Document Format (PDF) files are the electronic equivalents of the formatted reports as they appear in the printed version (hardback volume). If you like to view and print the reports in the same format as they appear in the printed version, we recommend you print from the Portable Document Format (PDF) files.

In order to view and print the PDF files, you would need a free software called "Acrobat Reader". If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, it is very easy to install and is useful for a variety of printing functions. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded, for free, at: Adobe Acrobat Download Page. Refer to help on how to read the pdf files for more information.

Once you've downloaded and installed the Acrobat Reader, you'll be able to view PDF files simply by clicking on the link to the PDF file in your browser. You will be able to either open the PDF document in your Web browser for online viewing, or in Acrobat Reader if the Reader has been set up as a helper application for your browser.

Printing the PDF Documents From the Acrobat Reader:

  • First, select the print options you want by using the File > Print Setup (Windows and UNIX) or Page Setup (Macintosh) command.

  • When you are ready to print, choose File > Print, or use the print icon located in the toolbar.

  • Acrobat Reader offers a Shrink to Fit print option not available with most other applications. Shrink to Fit shrinks (and if necessary) rotates oversized pages to fit on the paper size currently loaded in your printer.
