BOOKS & BEYOND: This was a reading
incentive program where students in all grades read. We read a total of 245,509 pages. STAFF DEVELOPMENT: School-wide journals were instituted to encourage writing and integrate writing into other curriculums. TECHNOLOGY: Technology Committee was establish to improve and study the use of computers and technology in teaching and learning of all students in all academic areas. |
What You Are Looking At Without prescribing a set criteria, RIDE data-gatherers asked schools to express, in their own words, what they considered to be three highlights of their school last year (1997-1998). What You Are Looking For These highlights give schools a modest opportunity to share their personalities, assets and successes.
